The GOP Is Stepping Up in North Carolina

I posted the other day on North Carolina and the spending gap there. Well, as Geraghty notes, the NRSC is now making a big play in the state. The Politico report says the NRSC saw the internal polls tightening. You see it in the public polls, also, with the last two showing it tied or Tillis ahead by one.
