Just a week after Rich kicked off our spring webathon, we are already tantalizingly close to hitting $50,000, thanks to generous contributions from our readers. To keep the momentum going, we are asking you to help get us across that threshold by the end of the day.

At a time when there are fierce debates about what conservatism means, we are still committed to the same ideals we have been fighting for since 1955 -- free markets, a strong America, traditional values, personal liberty, and a constitutional order. We seek to advance our mission through reasoned debate and fact-based reporting. We try to accomplish this, whenever possible, with a sense of humor.

We are grateful for every one of our subscribers, but we cannot sustain our operations on that revenue alone, which is why we periodically ask for your help during webathons like the current one.

So, if you share our values and appreciate what we do, I hope you will consider whatever donation you can afford, from $5 to $5,000 or beyond -- every bit helps.

Thank you again for your readership and support.
